Looking for the perfect that is tasty yet not too heavy? I served these at my toddler’s birthday party in 60F degree weather and they were eaten before the chocolate desserts. I took these to a housewarming cocktail party in 100F degree weather and they were gladly eaten. Lastly I surprised my son’s school teachers and director on the first day of school!

Friends do not believe me when I tell them I replaced all the “typical fatty” ingredients with just AVOCADO and they still taste insanely amazing!

The first time I visited Palm Springs, California I fell in love with dates shakes. They are filling, yet refreshing. My toddler loves to eat anything but he gets bored of the same thing at each given meal. I wanted to introduce him date shakes.
